二、适用范围 Scope of application
本产品适用于额定电压 3.6/6kV 及以下各种类型地铁车辆、机车车辆配电及动力供电系统。
本系列产品包括： 0.6/1kV 无屏蔽、无护套电线， 1.8/3kV 无屏蔽、无护套电线， 1.8/3kV
无屏蔽、无护套电线， 3.6/6kV 无屏蔽、有护套电缆。
产品适用于有各类油脂污染和非高浓度酸碱污染以及有低烟、无卤、阻燃要求的场所。
This products are suitable for the distribution system and power-supply system of
railway vehicles and rolling stock that the rated voltage is 3.6/6kV or less than
3.6/6kV.
Including: 0.6/1 kV unshielded unsheathed wire, 1.8/3kV unshielded unsheathed wire,
1.8/3kV unshielded sheathed wire, 3.6/6kVun shielded sheathed wire.
The products are suitable for non-high concentration acid-alkali pollution and oil
pollution occasion which have low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant requirements.
三、使用特性 Application characteristics
1.额定电压等级U 0 /U（U m ）为：0.6/1（1.2）kV1.8/3 3.6）kV和3.6/6（7.2）kV在直流系统中，电缆
导体与地之间的较高电压不**过电缆额定电压U 0 的1.5倍。
说明：“U 0 ”表示施加于绝缘导体与地之间的电压，“U”表示施加于二芯或多芯电缆相导体之间
的电压及单芯电缆的系统电压，“U m ”表示设备系统的较高电压。
2. 耐温特性：长期工作温度90
O C,累计20000h耐温120 O C,短路过载温度200 O C（5S）。
3. 较低使用环境温度：-40
O C.
4. 弯曲半径：固定场合下为5-8倍电缆外径；移动场合下为4倍电缆外径。
5. 绝缘或护套：采用EN50264-2-1标准中规定的EI104和EM104型交联弹性体料。
6. 阻燃性能：通过EN50265-2-1中的单根垂直燃烧试验和EN50266-2-4 （电缆外径
（D）>12mm）EN50266-2-5（电缆外径6 mm<D<12mm）EN50305（电缆外径D<6mm）中的成束燃烧试验。
7. 耐油性能：成品电缆具优异的耐油性能，其护套耐油性能符合EN50264-2-1标准的规定
8. 耐酸碱性能：成品电缆护套通过EN50264-2-1 标准中的规定耐酸、碱试验。
9. 安全性：成品的绝缘层和护套无卤性能、低烟性能及卤素含量的危险级别符合EN45545-1
标准中的M级：电缆的技术指标如下：
